Dark Angels project

Total points painted = 425
I have a half ass painted army purchased for an old gaming club. Then there is my limitless mountain of Space Marine Epic BS kicking about. The goal is a fully nicely painted army by the end of the year.
To make the army unique I purchased Dark Angels from the Italian and the Englishman's marines are floating about. I will use first addition rhinos and razorbacks, only hunters and predators will be in the new style, and 1st addition dreads.
This will be the record of my progress. In fairness, a Raven wing support detachment and one drop pod are complete.

City Table II

With 3 day off, zero got done. It was off to visit the family. All last week I was trying to work here and there on the church. I got the tower tops cleaned up and attached. I washed it again and got it primed white. I second very light dark yellow color primer was applied. The whole thing was dry brushed with craft paint seagull. Then everything wash coated in army painter soft tone ink. The item that will get gold or bronze a brown ink was applied.

Some initial builds were done for the large government building and a few FW buildings are in primed waiting.

Blast from the past!

         Who remembers this castle?

What shows up at grandma's house, but the old fisher price castle. I am completely shocked to see this toy ripped straight from my past. It was crazy to see one again after 25 years. The bloodly thing is close to mint. Now my hija has been playing with it for the last 6 hours. She loves throwing the peoples down the trap door.
Mom never bought me one. There were at least two families on the street that had one. I think they got them used. They were beat up and heavily used. We played with the one at 2beers' house for years. Ours was always occupied by the knights from "Transogram" and "Timpo" or the "Men of 76." Thousands of yellow and red plastic indians died on those walls. None of which made it through all the years.
